Books are available as soft cover books, PDF e-books, and EPUB for electronic readers. The soft cover books are sold through CCNow (my secure online credit card and PayPal shopping cart service). The PDF e-books and EPUB editions are through Lulu. You can use Paypal with any of the purchases. The CCNow site can be charged in Canadian Dollars, Pound Sterling, Euro, Australian Dollar, Japanese Yen, and other currencies with Visa and MasterCards. All other cards are in US$. Mail orders also taken using cheques, bank drafts, Western Union, e-banking (in Canada) , or Euro cheques, just download or copy the order forms (US$, CDN$) and the postage calculator.
