Eight basic turns and a competition routine. Full speed and slow motion. Not much commentary, so better for learning the competition routine than for learning the basics.
This is essentially competition flavoured Cheng style bagua - Liu Jingru and Sun Zhijun were the bagua teachers at the Beijing Wushu team. The routine is fast and flashy, very good for competition, and takes about 1:20 to perform (if you can move that fast). This routine is a lot of fun, and builds up a tremendous momentum.
There is a bit of pixel breakup near the beginning of this disc, during the basic walking. The rest of the disc is fine.
