I have moved the dictionary downloads to lulu.com because the site has gotten too big. The files are still free. If you have any trouble getting them, please let me know (the security password might cause them to not load properly from lulu, and I may need to change the setup).

It was done before the new grading system was developed in China, so the program techniques are based on the old basic routines, but the ideas and methods are still valid. (Sorry, still no figures.
